Project Answer - drug treatment service
What does the service do?
Project Answer is a drug treatment service. We provide treatment for people living in North Tyneside who are having difficulties with drugs. As well as providing help with the physical symptoms of withdrawl we also provide a huge range of support to help people move forward with their lives and begin to enjoy a full life again.
We provide a full range of services including:
- help available from doctors who can provide prescribing for opiate addicts
- group work activities to encourage personal development
- One to one work with clients
- housing support - this support is tailored to the individual needs of a person and can include a meeting with a housing advisor to see what help can be provided, help to complete any forms or paperwork involved in getting a house
- help getting work - this can include support and advice on how to get work, help with writing a CV, and advice on entitlement to benefits
