About the service

The North Tyneside Macmillan cancer information and support service has been funded by Macmillan cancer support for three years. The service is supported by North Tyneside Primary Care Trust. We aim to ensure that everyone (resident, working or visiting North Tyneside) can have access to high quality information relating to all aspects of cancer. We also want to provide practical support and a listening ear. The plan is that this service will develop over the initial three years and onwards.

You can contact the service for information and support on our local freephone number 0800 328 2377 or alternatively on 0191 2939241. You can also send email requests to our dedicated, confidential email address: cancerinfo@northtyneside-pct.nhs.uk
