Following the publication of the Care Quality Commission report of their review of arrangements in the NHS for Safeguarding Children (July 2009), NHS Newcastle and North Tyneside Community Health (which provides community services on behalf of North Tyneside PCT and Newcastle PCT) is declaring that it has safeguarding arrangements in place.
