Each year we are required to publish information about our workforce broken down by equality strand. We know that we need to continue to improve and update the information we hold about our staff.
Disability – staff with a long standing illness, health problem or disability
These figures are taken from our staff database, but it is acknowledged that the recording of disability is not always accurate. In the 2010 national staff survey, of the staff who returned their staff survey 17% indentified themselves as having a disability.
